Our founder Miss Kalpana Poddar began her career as an international travel coordinator in a Mumbai based travel agency. After spending 16 years in the industry and working with several travel agencies, she decided to quit and create her own travel brand. The road ahead was not easy, she started a few side businesses just to survive in the city, but the dream of making her own travel brand was alive !!! She was determined to run the travel business on her own terms – Customer Satisfaction above everything else. It was in 2017, finally, she registered the brand Ardiente, the best moment of her life.

Kalpana is a people’s person, blessed with the ability to connect with everyone she interacts with. She is passionate about her work. It reflects with every individual who works for her. She always believes in creating those WOW moments for our customers. “Our customers should come back to Ardiente again and again”, she always says. This sums up Ardiente. It is nothing but an extended persona of Kalpana, our beloved founder.
