Ardiente (referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) offers a wide range of travel services, including Air Ticketing, Hotel Booking, Holiday Packages, Visa and Travel Insurance, MICE, Theme Tours and more. By booking with us, you accept the following terms and conditions, which are applicable to all services provided by the Company. We encourage you to read these terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Your Contract with Ardiente

By making a booking, you enter into a contract with Ardiente. This contract ensures the confidentiality of your personal information and guarantees that it will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. However, Ardiente is not responsible for disputes or claims arising from personal matters unrelated to our services.
No employee other than the CEO of Ardiente is authorized to modify these terms. No promises will be offered for discounts and promotions unless it is made in written form.

2. Booking and Payment Policies

2.1 Securing Your Booking
To secure your booking, a minimum deposit is required, which varies based on the service chosen. For customized holiday packages, air ticketing, or other services, additional deposits may be needed to meet payment requirements. 2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

Digital Platforms : UPI apps (BHIM, PhonePe, GPay, PayTM), NEFT, RTGS, IMPS.
Bank Instruments : Cheque (except outstation cheques), Demand Draft.
Cash : As per Government of India guidelines, accompanied by PAN details for amounts exceeding regulatory limits.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Online Transfers, a convenience charge will apply and must be borne by the customer.

3. Changes and Cancellations

3.1 Changes to Your Booking
Changes to bookings will be considered only under special circumstances. Minor adjustments may be allowed based on availability and conditions. Frequent or significant changes are discouraged.

3.2 Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted under certain circumstances. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of the cancellation. Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone within the stipulated period. Note that certain payments are non-refundable.

4. Service-Specific Conditions

4.1 Air Ticketing and Visa Services
Air ticket bookings are subject to airline terms and conditions, including refund and rebooking policies.
Visa processing times and approvals depend on the respective consulate or embassy. The Company does not guarantee visa approval.
4.2 Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are subject to the terms of the respective hotel. Refunds and changes depend on the cancellation policies of the accommodation provider.

4.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Ardiente acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for claim approvals or denials.

5. Complaints and Feedback

If you experience any issues with our services, please contact us at kalpana@ardienteworld.com. Provide detailed information about your concern and our customer service team will address it within 24 business hours.

6. Liability and Responsibility

Ardiente ensures that all services are arranged with care. However, the Company is not liable for:

Acts of third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, or transport operators).
Personal losses, injuries or criminal acts that occur during travel.
We advise clients to act responsibly and adhere to local laws and regulations.

7. Marketing Materials

8. Non-Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles and shared travel spaces arranged by Ardiente World.
